Maps of Wauwatosa

Some old maps of Wauwatosa, mainly focusing on The Village and surrounding areas.

A map of part of Wauwatosa from sometime between 1927 and 1932. The Schumacher family had moved to their new house at 176 W. Center St. by that time. In 1932, Wauwatosa changed its street naming and house numbering conventions so that this address became 8118 Hillcrest Drive. Some of the other streets had different names back then. For example, Western Avenue and Albert Street on this map are now 83rd and 81st streets, respecively. This map is inside the Chancery restaurant in downtown Wauwatosa.
