We’ve just added a book signing to this month’s schedule.
I’ll be at the new 66 Water Street Arts Cafe in downtown Franklin on Wednesday, January 23 to sign books and chat with whomever wants to come down. We’ll start about 8 p.m. or so, just after I’ve discussed the book with a local book club that evening.
The cafe, a partnership between the City of Franklin and Franklin College, conducted its grand opening on Dec. 1, 2012. It was developed as a place where students and community members could connect over coffee in a creative, collaborative environment. It also provides the opportunity for FC students to participate in applied learning opportunities.
The cafe is open daily from 2 p.m. to 1 a.m. I guarantee I will not still be there at 1 a.m. In fact, I bet I’m not there much past 9 p.m. or so. Perhaps later if there is a line!
Here is the cafe’s Facebook page.
Here is a Franklin College press release about the cafe’s opening.
