Production update (I’ve got the manuscript back)

Just got this in the email this morning from The History Press (I’ve edited this down to the nuts and bolts because you don’t really care that the publisher’s edits and queries are in blue and that I need to respond in red, etc.):

Dear Paul,

I have recently completed my review of the manuscript for Murder in Wauwatosa: The Mysterious Death of Buddy Schumacher.

We are very excited about this project and are eager to move forward in production. I’d like to ask that you please review the attached manuscript and captions list with my changes, suggestions and queries at this time.

After I receive your corrected copy, I will prepare the manuscript for paging. You can expect to see page proofs within a week or so, and then you will have five days to review the proofs.

In the spirit of moving things forward and sticking to our production schedule, I’d ask that you return the manuscript and captions list with your final corrections to me by the end of the day on May 4, 2012.
